@(Unverified) Who said I was crying? Besides the fact my 360 is mostly relegated to DVD up-scaler at this point, I haven't modded mine, and, quite frankly, losing the ability to play games online would be more of a blessing than a curse to me. I was simply pointing out what seemed to have been disabled.
tl;dr: gave source, plz don't breed.

@smallj Not really. Any time a work is created w/o the permission of the copyright holder, that's piracy. However, there are instances in which you can admit to committing piracy, but not be liable for damages (aka fair use).

@(Unverified) I'm still don't agree with your point though. If not this case, then just another civil case. The whole point of the civil system is to allow entities to settle their disputes. Personally, I'd like to see an end to the no-fault settlement system. If you didn't commit any wrongdoing, prove it, then have the plaintiff pay you for your wasted time.

Note to self: Determine where sensor is in next phone, either jump it or cover it with tape.

Kinda reminds me of the bluetooth hotspot ads. There was one in Vegas at a travelocity booth, except that no one could pair w/ it, due to a password the kiosk operator didn't have.

It's pretty cool they're keeping the kit price @ $50. A lot of demo board kits are in the hundreds, even at academic pricing.

How is it "criminally wasting the time of the legal system"? You do realize that there are separate criminal and civil courts right? I'm not saying I agree with every case prosecuted in the civil system, but it's not like someone is losing out on their right to due process because of this lawsuit either.

"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
