Beware the little red note on their website saying they are shipping without the HDMI function as default. It's just another crapgadget after all.
well, hey, guess its time to get my old treo out of the drawer and back on Sprint. Never had a problem watching Sling on that....
Once again, us early adopters (EX470) are left out in the cold. My list grows each day...ATT, iphone, Sling, HP...
Bye Bye iPhone. Bye Bye AT&T. Bye Bye Sling.
i gave up my treo and slinging for an iphone over a year ago, paying Apple and AT&T premiums to not watch TV on the roll. Now the greedy folks at Sling want even more? Next thing you know they will cripple the software on my laptop so that i can only watch stills coming off my old Classic box. So much for product support....
give me the iPod or more bonuses go to AIG.
Read Engadget and support their advertizers to they can give away more stuff and stimulate the economy!
what about tethering??????
My dad had a '74 Gremlin, blue with an orange stipe and Levi's package. I loved that car and would buy another one tomorrow if it became available.
quit picking on the iphone. it was my only means of access to the real world during this damn hurricane in houston. text and voice kept me in touch with the outside world and fellow disasterarians (yeah, i made up the word) down here. safari helped find blogs leading to food and gas. just wish it had flash, etc to watch streaming TV. Steve J and AT&T: a tether for my laptop would have been real nice for the things you've left out like that...i'm just sayin'...not complaining...much.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a pair of quality headphones that aren't seemingly made of glass. I'm an avid BMXer which causes me to frequently bash on any type of technology that joins me for my daily riding. I've been through the higher quality headsets in the Skullcandy line as these are supposed to be built for "abuse," which is laughable. I cant wear earbuds or canal buds, as my large ears seem to have a repelling property upon anything that sits in them. Wired or Bluetooth doesn't really matter, but I need something that can hold up to taking a few hits every now and again. I'm trying to keep 'em under $150. Thanks!"
