Why no ION?

Without ION forget XBMC or Boxee on Linux, the ultimate platform for those two pieces of software. Don't forget MythTV, which also has support for VDPAU.
Why do you have nice speakers if you're only listening to poor-quality super-compressed audio?
FiOS is in Sarasota and Osprey and moving down into Venice and Englewood right now... kinda strange that it isn't in Orlando.
No shit, did anyone actually believe that DHL flew or shipped in circles around in the ocean?
You sound like a Bose commercial, or a victim of their marketing (which doesn't exactly portray their actual quality).
I'm very happy with my Sennheiser HD280Pro headphones. They'll last forever... even when a dog chews off the pads you just have to buy replacements. I have personal experience that that one. They sound great, are built to last, have replaceable everything, and a long ass cord.
You've done an excellent job stating your opinions as facts.
Well, everyone else sees the value. It costs like $200 less than any other Blu-Ray player currently on the market and plays movies just as well as or better than the other players... oh, and the features are updatable.
I guess they know something you don't know.

1. They don't want their console to cost as much as or more than a PS3.

2. They would be discriminating against all the people who already have Xbox 360's, they can't force an update on users, and then they would have to say "Oh! You bought it in the first year and a half? You can't play any new games unless you spend another $200 on this."

3. The technology was a bit more expensive and probably not as readily available on and before November 2005, it would have taken them even longer to get all of those consoles out the door and on the shelves, it probably would have delayed the launch.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"With all the new multitouch capable monitors coming out, which one is the best? With the release of Windows 7 I really want a touchscreen monitor for my desktop. I'm looking to get a Full HD monitor that supports multitouch and can still look great during gaming and movies. Which one has the best specs for the price?"
