The Xbox 360 Arcade has the same hardware features of the rest of the current Xbox 360s!! It can do HDMI 1080P right out of the box, you just need an HDMI cable!!

Now that the Playstation 3 is at a competitive price, Microsoft will adjust their prices accordingly. I predict prices to lower to these values by the holiday season:

PS3 Slim = $299
Xbox 360 Arcade = $199 (price unchanged)
Xbox 360 Pro = $249 (until discontinued)
Xbox 360 Elite = $299 (down from $399, $100 drop)
Nintendo Wii = $199 (down from $249, $50 drop, finally!)

I live in NoVA and have Cox, with all these new HD channels I wish they'd get new HD/DVRs with multi-room service and 5x hard drive space. Either that or better cablecard support. I still want FIOS!!
