Yes, but if the cable providers start getting into the action, then it may move the MPEG committees to take similar action for a universal 3D delivery standard. I like the move, as Coraline in 3D really sold me on it being viable.
Yeah, same thing. The DS-only feed works fine over on the Nintendo site. Which is a good thing, because the less I hear about the Wii, the better.
I'm excited. Hopefully there are no glitches or anything. You know, like every other version released so far.
ABC should just put the episodes on the website/iTunes/Xbox Live Marketplace so people that want to watch them now can do so. It's not the fans' fault that the shows got mediocre ratings.

And getting Ned on Heroes would be interesting, and I'd probably start watching the show again for that...as of now, 24's premeire jumped it way ahead of Heroes for the Monday 8pm Central timeslot.
@Kallie: HDTVs have gotten a LOT cheaper than you might think. Newegg.com is a good place to start.
This doesn't really mean anything other than the device now has the option to encapsulate the video+audio in a VOB container, which the PS3 supports for H264 video and AC3 5.1 audio.
Congratulations, you have provided me the opportunity for schadenfreude, but condemnation as well. Bravo.
Oh man, if Gunstar Heroes comes out on XBLA with online play, I, may just have to double-dip on this one, owning the VC version already.
How could you forget Shaquille O'Neal's Twitter page ( http://twitter.com/THE_REAL_SHAQ )? It's like staring into the mind of a genius or possibly a madman but every tweet is like a little piece of brilliance.

And hey, he's on TV at least 82 times a year, that's gotta count for something, lol
Now U-Verse needs to get on the ball with adding the channel, I'd love to watch Venture Bros HD whenever it comes on, and any of the other widescreen/HD shows they offer.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
