I warned GM about this 10 years ago and we have technology to prevent this sort of thing today that we did not have then. I got sick of telling GM and Chrysler over and over, Ford listened an protected manufacturing and prototype data from being pilfered.

I have a D2 and let me tell you its by far the best portable music player I have ever owned, and I have allot. Most of the people who rip on the D2 don't own one and would not know a great sounding music device if it fell out of the sky and hit them on the head.

ITunes sucks.
Apple has good looking devices but the lack of flexibility being able to copy music to the Apple device is killing growth. I have an iPod and I gave it to a friend because I could not stand using iTunes to manage content.

I worked for a corporation who had an E-Rate contract. It was one of my first jobs in tech. I would wire an entire school and install sweet dual-processor CAD workstations and video equipment in the worst schools in Detroit. We also had full Cisco labs to get the kids started in networking so they would have a future. I tried to preach to the students as much as I could telling them that this could be their ticket out of the ghetto because most people in information technology are intelligent enough to look beyond the color of their skin.

2 weeks later I went back to replace a bad hard disk, and everything I had setup was completely destroyed. Total waste of time and money.
I game therefore, I am Windows.

Did you ever think in today's car market you can pick up a 2001-2002 BMW 530i with 60-70K miles for about the same price as a 2 year lease?

This car is wayyyyyy overpriced.

After driving American cars my whole life, I just got an 2003 M5 and let me say my life has changed for the better.

I can now die a happy man.

I hope gas goes to $10.00 a gallon so rich people like me can finally drive without all you poor people clogging the roads!
I think this just adds to the danger of The Dakar. Arm the drivers and armor the vehicles, welcome to the year 2008!

Now who is man enough to race?

Sponsers like Winchester or HK, Smith & Wesson....

I had a chance to drive a SRT and it was very quick, just not 37K quick!
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
