"...Sony high-def camcorder and then cut it in his G%..."

Whats a G%?
I really would like to see how much this is going to cost Microsoft, and me of course. I heard that it will be cheap, but if it doesn't sell, and for the record, major add-ons to consoles have never gone to well, Microsoft is stuck up the river with out a paddle, kinda. And despite the high price of the PS3, every one know that it already has a next gen optical device in it. Also the PS3 will sell out guaranteed on launch day, so you can count on X many of Blu-Ray drives in peoples homes.
This is the better buy in my opinion against the Toshiba player that launched this week. 1080p out over a HDMI. I know 1080p has been getting beat up on the net recently, but no matter how you look at it now, 1080p is coming, it isnt quite "real" now, but its coming. And I would rather buy this $1000 dollar player now and have the comfort that I am somewhat futureproof. But we all know that early adopters get worked. I am about to get worked over because I bought a launch Xbox 360 console and now Microsoft/IBM is upgrading the chip, and this relates to how early adopters bought HDTVS that might not be compatible with HDCP.
"...that promises some intense cross-platform battles between PC and Xbox 360 users.

Is this true?, I havent heard this anywhere else.
HD man

Yea those are totally stickers slapped on. I really hope this wont be the cool thing new thing to do: to fake next gen DVD players, like everyone did with iPods, xbox 360's and other coveted electronics.

Your link doesnt go to the player. And according to the site it doesnt 720p and 1080i, any good upscaler can do that and I know of one upscaler that doest 1080p for $200. http://www.neodigits.com/new/body/products/HVD2085/overview.asp

To me it doesnt scream out to be bought just yet.
And that is why this game is sooooo freaking awesome!
Looks like the video has been removed, I cant find it : (
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
