I think you should expect those "bumps on the road to superfast SSD awesomeness". However, those bumps are the early adopters that progress is running over.

Bingo. There are alot more cars being sold before this program went into place and after it ends. I can only hope GM hired these union workers on as temporary because as soon as the program runs out of money, they will go through a tough dry spell and will need to get rid of them.

Anyone that's wanting/needing a car is getting it now with this program. They won't wait for the program to be over to go buy a cobalt or whatever other crap cars they are making.

I guess I'm in the minority. Since there aren't any USB 3.0 devices, I'm not willing to pay for the markup of the more expensive ports since they would be luxury at this point. I'd rather wait until I buy some USB 3.0 device, and then buy an addon PCI card to support it. Plus the addon card could then have about 3-4 of these ports.

This is no skin off my back, though i wish that companies would team up to move to this standard sooner.

The solution to this problem is get rid of the jailbreak and your phone will work fine. Call AT&T and I'm sure they'll say you shouldn't be jailbreaking your phone.

I've been using SongBird with my Pre anyway. It's better than iTunes bloatware.

Considering the price it's a 1920 * 1080 HD monitor that is one of those super-wide wide screens.

Keep in mind that the cheaper prices will be on the 60/160GB versions and the 320GB will be just as expensive as the current generation. I think this is a price reduction to just clear inventory and won't be significant enough for the mainstream to jump on it. They've still got a ways to go to get prices down.
