You are thinking of the loading screen and backround (the wave) not the XMB. As well as the earth playback option while listening to music...

It has been talked about for like ever... but the Cell can certainly handle a bunch if not all graphic jobs on the PS3.... same way Toshiba put a Cell into a laptop... I mean come on now. As a matter of fact talk to the Uncharted and Killzone 2 teams about using SPEs to help out with graphics and computations... hell just look at the games

Hmmm Yeah When you buy a Subscription you have the option to listen to the broadcast from a computer.. so yeah totally doable.... But then again I already run Pandora from the PS3.. soooo why pay for it?

"What is the best wireless surround sound speaker solution? I have a home theater where running wires is just not feasible. I have my own speakers, so I don't want a system that has speakers with integrated wireless. I've done a far amount of research and have only come across a few companies that even offer a reasonable solution: KEF, Kenwood and Rocketfish. Is there anything else out there? What do you recommend? Thank you!"
