Come on AT&T Fuze. All I need is an HTC phone before I can summon forth the Supersmartphone.
I play one game and one game only, Call of Duty 4. Why? I work for a cable company. You may have heard of it and everyday I have to deal with a stressful unfulfilling job and the pleasure i get from putting a couple of bullets in my supervisor in CoD is the closest thing to heaven. Man people dream of killing the boss but when he and I are live... I get to live the dream. Make it happen, X3F. Make it happen.
I need a pair of gaming headphones to turn out my fiancee who for some reason will never speak to me until I finally get the controller in my hands.
17" Dell Laptop, 15" Macbook Pro, Sony Ericcson P990i, Motorola Q9h Global, Blackbery Bold, Two college ruled notebook, CCNA Intro book, Javascript Book, Shell Scripting desktop reference, two pens, a lighter, some paper clips, rubber bands, Mac OS X DVD, Windows Vista Ultimate DVD, Windows XP CD, 4GB USB Drive, and finally iPod.
Dan, you fail to realize that NBC Uni is still turning a profit but its the parent company GE that is suffering with appliance sales being down and the fact that GE Money nearly failed. NBC's profit is being absorbed into the juggernaut and to keep the ship afloat akin to stealing from your childs piggy bank until you get your paycheck.
Personally, price is not an issue. What is an issue is that for the price they are charging I am getting less than what was initially offered. I don't care about 160GB HD because I am not online that often and I have a computer with 4TB of space. If I want to download high definition video I have bittorrent and newsgroups for that.

Take a look at the comparison chart here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PlayStation_3

In 2 years the price has dropped $100 on both models and they have cut backwards compatibility, two usb ports, flash card reader, SACD, and the Chrome trim. I could care less about SACD and Chrome trim but at this rate in two years you will basically be buying a PS2 with a better graphics card. If I am going to drop $500 on a console i want backwards compatibility. Full compatibility not some software emulation that will not allow me to enjoy some of my favorite PS2 games. Even Microsoft realized this and went with the costly emulation process which was the equivalent of doing the reverse of what Apple did.

If they release a 160GB, Hardware PS2 compatibility, 4 USB ports and a flash card reader I do not have a problem spending $600 or $700 because I would still get the Blu Ray drive. By the time I wanted to buy one at launch they went software emulation and since then I have given up. Maybe with PS4 Sony will get it right but until then Microsoft has an exclusivity agreement with my wallet.
Other acceptable titles for this article would have been "'Tropic Thunder' makes it rain on 'The House Bunny'"

I hope they keep The Dark Knight in theaters for another 12 weeks.
Did anyone else see this and think "Holy crap, its Super Nintendo revival!"?... No?.... Just me?.... Okay.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a solid state drive, around 32 to 64GB, for use in my web server. The drive will contain my web sites and the operating system, either Windows Server 2008 R2 or Ubuntu. Large storage is handled by a separate RAID array, so capacity is not an issue. Rather, I am looking for the fastest, longest-lasting, and most reliable drive under $150 that is suitable to my application. Any thoughts? Thanks!"
