<a href="http://www.engadget.com/tag/CES/">CES</a>: part tech fest, part carnival, and all fun. Sadly we couldn't bring you everything we saw in the booths as they're so full and have become so immense that we'd need the entire week to take it all in; we did, however, drop by a few of the showier booths and take a handful of pics of each for your ocular entertainment. So without further ado, hop past the break and see what the likes of <a href="http://www.engadget.com/tag/Samsung/">Samsung</a>, <a href="http://www.engadget.com/tag/Microsoft/">Microsoft</a>, <a href="http://www.engadget.com/tag/Intel/">Intel</a>, <a href="http://www.engadget.com/tag/Sharp/">Sharp</a>, <a href="http://www.engadget.com/tag/Panasonic/">Panasonic</a>, and more had to offer at CES 2011.<p><a href="http://www.engadget.com/2011/01/12/ces-2011-booth-tours-the-best-of-the-rest/" rel="bookmark">Continue reading <em>CES 2011 booth tours: the best of the rest</em></a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.engadget.com/2011/01/12/ces-2011-booth-tours-the-best-of-the-rest/">CES 2011 booth tours: the best of the rest</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.engadget.com">Engadget</a> on Wed, 12 Jan 2011 19:04:00 EST. It's that <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2009/08/21/panasonic-taking-3d-avatar-on-world-tour-this-fall/">time of year</a> again, as regular as the circus coming to town, when Panasonic pulls out the 18-wheeler and <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2006/10/28/panasonics-taking-plasmas-on-tour/">hits the road</a>. After its <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2010/03/17/panasonic-touch-the-future-tour-lets-production-full-hd-3dtvs-hi/">Touch the Future</a> tour earlier this year, Panasonic's heading back to the mall Robin Sherbatsky-style with the Unwrap 3D tour over the next two weeks. Starting tomorrow it hits 14 cities across the country with 3D TVs, Blu-ray players, glasses cameras and whatever else it can fit in that truck. Thanks to that <a href="http://www.engadget.com/tag/panasonic,avatar">exclusivity deal</a>, expect plenty of <em>Avatar </em>demos wherever the tour makes a stop, along with sweepstakes to win Panasonic gear. If 3D is going to be adopted, people will need a good experience before they buy and it seems like this is the best form of exposure Panasonic can think of, check the press release after the break for dates and locations.<p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.engadget.com/2010/11/30/panasonic-hits-the-road-again-for-the-unwrap-3d-mall-tour/">Panasonic hits the road again for the Unwrap 3D mall tour</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.engadget.com">Engadget</a> on Tue, 30 Nov 2010 22:42:00 EST. Instead of offering a tour of its 3D lab as <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2009/02/09/panasonic-sets-out-to-bring-3d-full-hd-to-blu-ray-by-2010/">we hoped</a>, Panasonic is bringing <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2008/09/24/panasonic-bundles-103-inch-plasma-blu-ray-player-in-3d-home-the/">103-inch plasmas and 3D capable Blu-ray players</a> to you, planning to send around tractor trailers to promote its technology and the new James Cameron flick, <em>Avatar</em>. IFA and CES will also get the full 3D experience, with the company still planning to put hardware on shelves in 2010. It expects <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2009/07/27/panasonic-delivering-hdmi-1-4-cables-in-japan-next-month-42-fo/">HDMI 1.4</a> and <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2008/11/24/panasonic-puts-forth-proposal-for-3d-standard-on-blu-ray-disc/">Blu-ray 3D spec standardization</a> to have the market primed and ready, and while 3D may not be for everyone, we're sure those interested are just waiting to toss those silly two-color glasses in the trash to get with this stereoscopic solution.<p>Filed under: <a href="http://www.engadget.com/category/blu-ray/" rel="tag">Blu-ray</a>, <a href="http://www.engadget.com/category/panasonic/" rel="tag">Panasonic</a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.engadget.com/2009/08/21/panasonic-taking-3d-avatar-on-world-tour-this-fall/">Panasonic taking 3D, Avatar on world tour this fall</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.engadget.com">Engadget</a> on Fri, 21 Aug 2009 13:33:00 EST. Disney's Magical <a href="http://www.engadget.com/category/blu-ray/">Blu-ray</a> tour, sponsored by fellow Blu-ray backers and <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2006/10/28/panasonics-taking-plasmas-on-tour/">experienced mall-tourers</a> <a href="http://www.engadget.com/category/panasonic/">Panasonic</a>, starts August 17th and aims to educate customers about the format with interactive demos of Blu-ray movies and hourly presentations on Blu-ray tech. While consumer confusion over high definition in general and the format war specifically is definitely a problem, we have a feeling that "education" will go a lot more smoothly once hardware prices drop a bit more. Check the link for dates the tour is coming near you, no word on if the <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2006/10/12/hd-dvd-tour-stops-at-digital-life-2006-and-drops-details-on-miam/">HD DVD tou</a>r plans to crash any stops.<p>Filed under: <a href="http://www.engadget.com/category/blu-ray/" rel="tag">Blu-ray</a>, <a href="http://www.engadget.com/category/panasonic/" rel="tag">Panasonic</a></p><p style="padding:5px;background:#ddd;border:1px solid #ccc;clear:both;"><a href="http://www.engadget.com/2007/07/17/disneys-magical-blu-ray-tour-starts-in-august/">Disney's Magical Blu-ray Tour starts in August</a> originally appeared on <a href="http://www.engadget.com">Engadget</a> on Tue, 17 Jul 2007 16:17:00 EST. Featured most prominently in this roadshow is the famed <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2006/07/10/worlds-largest-103-inch-panasonic-plasma-goes-on-sale-in-japan/">103-inch 1080p plasma</a>, but more affordable 37-, 42-, 50- and 58-inch <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2006/03/29/panasonics-most-advanced-58-inch-viera-tv-officially-announce/">720p models</a> will make an appearance as well. The current 65-inch 1080p plasma will also be on show, but still no word on when the U.S. will see the new <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2006/07/19/panasonic-1080p-viera-pz600-plasma-hdtvs-coming-in-september/">1080p PZ600U</a> series that would go so well with that new <a href="http://www.engadget.com/tag/dmp-bd10">DMP-BD10</a>. Between this and its <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2006/06/07/panasonic-plasma-concierge-program/">Plasma Concierge</a> program, Panasonic is <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2006/08/18/sony-and-panasonic-understand-hdtv-is-confusing-and-want-to-help/">doing a lot</a> to <strike>capitalize on</strike> alleviate buyer confusion about HDTVs, if you live near Tyson's Corner Center Mall in Washington D.C. stop by and have a look today.
